Arsenal have reportedly decided on their next summer transfer after sealing the deal for Viktor Gyokeres.

On Saturday evening, the Gunners officially announced the signing of Gyokeres from Sporting Clube de Portugal.

The Swedish international moved to the Emirates Stadium in a deal that could be worth up to €73.5 million.

Gyokeres, 27, will wear the number 14 shirt for Arsenal, which was made iconic by club legend Thierry Henry.

Speaking after joining Arsenal, Gyokeres said: "When I played at Sporting, I scored a few goals in the Champions League so I feel that I can be on that level as well. Now to come here to a club on Arsenal's level, I think it's going to help me perform even better with all the amazing players in this team. I'm really excited to get going."

On the back of signing Gyokeres, it has been claimed that Arsenal are now targeting more players.

As reported by The Mirror, next on the Gunners' wanted list is Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.

Eze has impressed at Selhurst Park over the last few seasons and scored the winner in the FA Cup final win over Manchester City back in May.

It has been suggested that Eze is keen on a move to North London and as claimed by The Independent, those close to the Englishman 'are confident a deal to take him to Arsenal will be completed in the next few weeks'.

Eze reportedly has a £68 million release clause, but the Gunners are looking to do a deal that is closer to £60 million.

Recently, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was asked about his transfer plans.

The Spaniard replied: "There's still a long time in the window and we are seeking still. In terms of numbers, we are short and we have to improve the depth and quality of the squad. We are constantly looking in the market."
