Al Hilal have identified their latest transfer target after failing in a move to sign Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, according to reports.
Fernandes turned down an offer that would have trebled his wages from the Saudi Pro League side earlier this week.
He cited a desire to keep playing at the top level of European football and family reasons as his two key factors behind rejecting the big-money move.
Fabrizio Romano reported on Tuesday that Al Hilal were closing in on a €35 million move to sign AC Milan left-back Theo Hernandez after the Italian giants missed out on European football for next season.

But Italian football journalist Matteo Moretto claims that the Frenchman, like Fernandes, does not want to move to the Saudi Pro League.
That means that Al Hilal are once again looking elsewhere - and have gone back to the Premier League in a desperate attempt to secure a marquee signing.
Al Hilal are Saudi Arabia's sole representative in this summer's Club World Cup, but only have until Tuesday to complete signings before the end of the first summer transfer window, which shuts before the tournament then gets underway on June 14.
According to Foot Mercato, they have now placed Manchester City star Bernardo Silva at the top of their shortlist.

The 30-year-old has just one year left on his current City contract, with Romano previously revealing that the Portugal midfielder has a set £50 million release clause which becomes active from this summer.
And it is claimed that Al Hilal have sent a contract offer to Bernardo as they weigh up, like in the case of Fernandes, whether to make an official approach to City.
They have also been linked with a move for Napoli star Victor Osimhen, who will return to his parent club this summer after the expiry of his loan contract with Galatasaray.
