Richarlison taught Ronaldo how to do his pigeon dance celebration

The Brazil striker grabbed his third of the World Cup against South Korea, but not before teaching legend Ronaldo how to do his celebration.

Richarlison may have caused a stir with his pigeon dance celebration in the World Cup, but Brazil legend Ronaldo seemed to enjoy it when he was taught the dance.

Brazil put on a real show in the first half of their last 16 game with South Korea on Monday evening, blowing their opponents away in 36 minutes with four goals.

It was Samba football at its very finest, with the South Americans clearly enjoying themselves and dancing in celebration at each goal.

Of course, it wasn't to everyone's taste, with Roy Keane predictably not impressed, which in fairness is more a badge of honour as that man hates fun.

Amongst the goals was Tottenham Hotspur star Richarlison, who grabbed his third of the tournament, and then proceed to break out his pigeon dance with manager Tite.

But the Brazil boss isn't the only one who's been taught it, as the video below shows, with the 25-year-old teaching legendary 'R9' how to break out the dance.

Keane's issue with the dancing was that it was disrespectful to the opposition, who themselves showed far too much respect to the Selecao.

After the match Tite denied that was the case, and explained why he did the dance, saying, "I said if you [Richarlison] show it to me I'll do it, but we have to be careful because various people will say it was disrespectful.

"I didn't want it to be misinterpreted as anything less than a sense of happiness for the goal and for the result, and not that we were disrespecting our opponent which was not the case."

It's really become a sad day for football when the cynics can make Brazil enjoying their football seem like somewhat of a negative thing.

It took just seven minutes for the fun to begin, as Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior scored just his second goal for the international team.

The forward got on the end of Richarlison's ball at the back post, taking a touch before putting it into the top right corner of the goal.

Richarlison was once again involved for the second as he was clipped in the box and Neymar, back from injury, stepped up to score the penalty spot, calmly rolling the ball into the net.

Then it was the Spurs' stars turn to score, adding to his brace in their opener vs Serbia, playing some superb football in the build up.

The forward beat his marker, played it to Marquinhos, who passed to centre back partner Thiago Silva, who in turned played a lovely ball for Richarlison, who made it 3-0.

The fourth came through Richarlison and Neymar before finding its way to Vinicius, who played the ball back for Lucas Paqueta to place it in the back of the net.

It was the perfect first half for the World Cup favourites but it didn't impress everyone that much, with Graeme Souness moaning about Neymar even at full time.

The second half wasn't as exciting, with the job already done, and South Korea grabbed a consolation through Paik Seung-ho in the 76th minute.

Croatia are next up for Brazil in the quarter finals, they'll be hoping they don't see quite as much dancing from the five time champions.
