The insane details of Ousmane Dembele's new Barcelona contract has been leaked and reveals the extraordinary clauses.

Dembele penned a new two-year deal last month, keeping him at the Camp Nou until 2024.

It ended speculation of a move away, with the likes of Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain thought to be interested in acquiring his services.

Dembele is in line to pocket a serious amount of money having signed a lucrative new contract, according to Spanish outlet SPORT.

He'll earn £14 million fixed gross in each of the 2022/23 and 2023/24 season. In addition, he has £3 million more each year for different variables that are easy to achieve, per the report.

In short, the French winger could earn £17 million gross per season, £34 million in the two years at the club.

There's more, SPORT claim that if a club pays his release clause, then Dembele would take 50 per cent of that fee.

The 25-year-old is entering the sixth season of his spell at Barca following his mega money move from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.

But he's failed to hit the same heights as he did in Germany, having been plagued with injuries.

However, Xavi clearly rates the player after extending his deal and will be hoping to get the best out of him in the new season.
