Man City hired a restaurant but only three players turned up as 'large group' jetted out to Ibiza

Man City hired a restaurant but only three players turned up as 'large group' jetted out to Ibiza

Manchester City will continue their celebrations today.

Only THREE Manchester City stars turned up to a restaurant booking as a 'large group' of players chartered a private jet to Ibiza.

Man City beat Inter Milan 1-0 last weekend at the Ataturk Stadium to win the Champions League, completing a famous treble having already won the Premier League and FA Cup.

Rodri's second-half strike saw the Blues win their first-ever Champions League title as they rounded off a sensational and memorable season.

Man City players were in party mode following their triumph in Istanbul, with Jack Grealish (who else?!) hilariously pictured partying in his full kit the morning after their victory.

And the party didn't stop there as a 'large group' of Man City players jetted out to Ibiza. They chartered a private jet from Manchester to the Balearic Island to mark their famous campaign.

Erling Haaland was one of the players pictured in Ibiza. Grealish, who was on it in the dressing room after the game, was likely there, too.

The club also hired out Chinese restaurant Tattu in Manchester but only Kevin De Bruyne, Ilkay Gundogan and Stefan Ortega showed up to the dinner.

De Bruyne, who was forced off injured in the final, attended with wife Michele and left just before midnight while Gundogan arrived at around the same time, according to The Daily Mail.

Man City will mark their history-making exploits by having an open-top bus parade through the city today.

The players will return for the open-top celebrations, with the club giving permission for the Ibiza trip. Though they were under strict instructions that they had to be back well in advance of the parade.

Parade gates open at 5pm (UK time), with the Man City squad expected on stage from 7:30pm, where Pep Guardiola will address the crowd.
