SPORTbible bring you all the latest Liverpool transfer lines on Friday, April 14.

Here are your headlines…

Sadio Mane to return to Liverpool after Bayern Munich bust-up?

Sadio Mane’s bust-up with Leroy Sane has dominated the headlines since Bayern Munich’s 3-0 drubbing to Manchester City.

The Senegal international has been suspended and fined by Bayern after allegedly punching Sane in the wake of Tuesday night’s defeat. According to Sky Sport’s Germany, Sane’s lip was bleeding after an altercation between the pair, who had to be separated by their team-mates.

Journalist Florian Plettenberg even alleged on Twitter that Bayern are considering selling Mane this summer – just one year after signing him from Liverpool.

This has led to speculation Mane could return to the Reds, who are currently having their worst season under Jurgen Klopp to date.

Mane’s recent comments on his former side suggest he may be open to a Liverpool reunion

He said in an interview with Bild in March: “Liverpool will be back I’m convinced they will overcome this situation. They had many injuries and tough tests, but Jurgen Klopp is definitely the right man. He will lead Liverpool back up, from this season – the players love him.”

Klopp receives Kante blow

Liverpool have been linked with several players for the summer window as Klopp looks to sure up his fragile midfield.

Reports emerged earlier this week that the club’s high-profile pursuit of Jude Bellingham had ended, and it seems their attempts to sign N'Golo Kante from Chelsea may also have hit a stumbling block.

Football Insider claimed Liverpool were placed on red alert should Kante leave Chelsea, with the France international’s Blues contract expiring this summer. However recent comments suggest the 31-year-old may reject Liverpool’s advances and stay in London.

During an interview with French news outlet Le Parisien, Kante's entourage said: "N’Golo would like to continue his career in London, where he has his habits.

"He liked working with Antonio Conte, but he has been sacked by Tottenham."

Alexis Mac Allister’s father speaks out about his son’s future

Alexis Mac Allister has been another midfielder linked with a summer move to Liverpool.

And speaking to Argentinian publication Puro Boca, the player’s father Carlos Mac Allister revealed his son is likely to move on to pastures new in the summer.

He said, via Bola VIP: “Normally the next book of passes will find him playing in another institution.

"We don’t know which one, the talks are just beginning in general, but it is most likely that Alexis will already be playing in another team next July.”

Mac Allister has also been the subject of interest from Manchester United, while Chelsea have approached the player's camp over a potential deal this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Man Utd and Liverpool told Moises Caicedo’s asking price

Arsenal saw two bids worth up to £70million rejected for Brighton’s Moises Caicedo back in the January transfer window.

And while the Gunners appear to have moved on, United and Liverpool, both in the market for new midfielders, have retained an interest in the Ecuador international.

According to Football Insider, the Seagulls would be willing to listen to offers in the region of £80million for Caicedo.

The 21-year-old has been central to Brighton’s fortunes this term, having helped the club climb to seventh in the Premier League.

Real Madrid to sign Roberto Firmino?

Real Madrid will allegedly sign Roberto Firmino on a free transfer when his current terms with Liverpool expire in June.

El Nacional claimed the Spanish giants are keen to sign the Brazilian on a Bosman, in a deal that would mirror Los Blancos’ 1999 signing of Steve McManaman, who also rejected fresh terms at Liverpool to move to Real.

Should the reports be true it will come as a blow to Klopp, who was allegedly keen to persuade Firmino to stay for at least a further season.
