Liverpool's iconic anthem "You'll Never Walk Alone" was played at Old Trafford last night and it's caused a stir online.
The 'Theatre of Dreams' played host to the opening game in the Women's Euros, where hosts England beat Austria 1-0 in front of a record 68,000 fans.
It was a special atmosphere at one of the most iconic stadiums in the world and there was a serious buzz beforehand. But there was a tinge of controversy as the song for United's rivals, Liverpool, ended up on the pre-match playlist.

Fans will be used to hearing the tune belted out at Anfield but not up the other end of the East Lancs road.
Videos were shared online of 'You'll Never Walk Alone' and as expected, brought plenty of reaction on social media. Liverpool fans loved it, while United fans did not:
They have just played "You'll Never Walk Alone" at Old Trafford.

In terms of football trolling, this might be unbeaten. Could have at least played the proper version though, lads. https://t.co/aAfjyvItcR

The traditional track is of course associated with Liverpool but is also regularly sung by Scottish champions Celtic.
The most popular version was recorded back in 1963 by Gerry and the Peacemakers, a band based in Liverpool.
Yet it has been claimed on many an occasion that the song was first sung by United as a tribute to the Busby Babes following on from the Munich air disaster in 1958.

United and Liverpool will meet one another very soon as part of their pre-season preparations.
The two giants of English football are both on tour in Thailand and will face off at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok on 12 July.
