Paris Saint-Germain won their first Champions League title in emphatic fashion with a 5-0 vanquishing of Inter Milan - and Neymar has broken his silence on his old club's success.
PSG emerged victorious over the Italian outfit with the thrashing at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Achraf Hakimi put PSG ahead after 12 minutes, while teenager Desire Doue netted his first of the evening shortly afterwards.

After half-time, Doue scored for the second time, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and substitute Senny Mayulu added a fourth and fifth respectively for the Parisians who sealed their maiden Champions League crown in some style.
For Inter, it is the San Siro side's second loss in a Champions League final in the space of three years, following defeat to Manchester City in 2023.
But for PSG, it is a much anticipated first win in Europe's premier club competition, following vast investment over the past decade.

Part of that included the acquisition of Neymar from Barcelona in 2017 for €222 million after the French side met the buy-out clause in the Brazilian's contract at the Camp Nou - a figure that remains the world record transfer fee.
Though Neymar went on to score 118 goals in 173 games and won five Ligue 1 titles in Paris, the Champions League title eluded him.

The closest Neymar came to lifting the Champions League trophy with PSG was in 2020 when the French side reached the final but lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich.

The Brazilian departed PSG in 2023 to head to Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League, but returned to Santos in his native country earlier this year.
But the 33-year-old is still on good terms with his old side as he posted to his Instagram story a picture of PSG celebrating with the word 'Parabens' which means congratulations in Portuguese along with a series of applause emojis.

However, fellow former PSG star Lionel Messi has not yet acknowledged his old side's achievement.

Messi spent two seasons at PSG between 2021 and 2023 after leaving Barcelona, scoring 32 goals in 75 games and won two Ligue 1 titles, before moving to MLS side Inter Miami, where he remains to this day.
And the 37-year-old opted not to post about PSG's triumph, bit instead focused on Inter Miami's 5-1 victory in the MLS over Columbus Crew.
Messi scored twice and grabbed two assists in the win, while fellow former Barcelona star Luis Suarez was also on the scoresheet.
Messi wrote: "Another victory at home."
