According to Turkish media outlet A Spor, Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray are interested in signing Messi.
As per Levent Tuzemen, Galatasaray have 'reopened talks' with the Argentine legend after previous conversations were reportedly held.
It has been stated that Messi has several conditions to play for the Turkish side, including not travelling for away games and only playing in the 12 remaining home matches in Istanbul.
The report added: "The Turkish giants are testing the conditions of a potential move with discussions progressing rapidly."

Back in October 2025, Dursun Özbek, President of Galatasaray, was asked about a potential move for Messi.
As per beIN Sports, Ozbek said: "You can’t live without dreaming. Will we see Messi wearing the Galatasaray shirt someday? We’ve set the bar very high. Our financial situation allows us to ask about Messi without a problem.
"We’ve raised our level of success and consolidated our financial stability. That’s why people can now ask us about Messi without hesitation."
Speaking last year, Messi touched on Argentina's chances at the upcoming World Cup.
He said to ESPN: "We're an amazing group that gets along very well, but in training matches or certain drills, if they have to go hard, they go hard. Everyone gives their all, and that's a huge strength of this group and this national team.
"New players keep appearing; aside from the ones already there, new faces keep coming in. When a group is like this, it's easier for newcomers to fit in. Argentina needs to take advantage of this moment. Coming off winning the World Cup gives you confidence and relief to prepare competitions differently."
