Real Madrid Castilla conceded in the 94th minute as they came up against English opposition in their latest Premier League International Cup clash.
Alvaro Arbeloa's side are currently unbeaten in the Premier League International Cup – an under-21 competition designed to give talent the chance to test themselves against a range of different European opponents.
This season, Los Blancos have been pitted in Group A, which consists of AS Monaco, RB Leipzig, PSV Eindhoven, Wolves, Everton, Manchester City and Southampton.
They recorded a 1-0 win over Wolves under-21s in their opener last month, and on Wednesday night, they came up against Southampton at St Mary's – a game that produced a dramatic last-gasp goal.

As seen in the footage below, Southampton grabbed a dramatic point after goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu, who sprinted to the opposition box in stoppage time, won the first header from a corner kick.
Los Blancos goalkeeper Sergio Mestre made a great save but his parry landed at the feet of Abdul Okunola, who headed home from close range.
BBC commentator Tom Murray gave his perspective on the game after a dramatic evening on the south coast. "Absolute daylight robbery that Southampton got a point against Real Madrid," he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
"But what a header from Gavin Bazunu - Okunola well placed to get it over the line. Absolute last minute scenes and thoroughly enjoyed commentating on that moment."
He added: "For the record Southampton can be very proud of how they played - defended as a unit extremely well. It was more a reference to the fact they barely got over halfway in the second half. Obviously very pleased they got that dramatic moment at the end."
What is The Premier League International Cup?
The Premier League International Cup pits the top 16 sides from last season’s Premier League 2 against 16 of the best European sides in four separate groups of eight.
In each group, four English sides are drawn against four European sides. The English sides will play the European sides once, while the English sides will not play each other. All ties are contested in England.
The top two from each group will progress to the quarter-finals, where the matches will then become one-off single elimination fixtures with extra-time and penalties, if required.
