Marcus Rashford has revealed the biggest difference he has noticed with Barcelona's talented youngsters as he singled out one player.
Rashford signed for the Blaugrana on loan from boyhood club Manchester United, where he was told he had no future under manager Ruben Amorim.
The La Liga champions have the option to sign him permanently for around £30 million and Rashford has already been enjoying life in his new surroundings as he gears up for his official debut this weekend.
The England international has looked sharp in pre-season, playing off the left or as a No.9 and has quickly settled into a talented side managed by Hansi Flick.

Barca's side is stocked with bright prospects, including Lamine Yamal, Gavi, Pau Cubarsi, Fermin Lopez, Alejandro Balde and Marc Casado.

Rashford has already been impressed by their energy and maturity on the pitch, hailing the unique Barca style and heaping praise on 22-year-old midfielder Pedri - who has already made more than 200 appearances.
"Honestly it's so refreshing to be playing with them," Rashford told Gary Lineker and Micah Richards in a special episode of The Rest is Football podcast.

"Every day they're full of energy and it keeps you having energy as well.
"They're all really talented but the thing that surprised me the most is how mature they all are on the pitch. They play the game at their own tempo.
"It's just the way that they're developed. It's different.
"In England, you’re developed to always show your skillset, but in football as you get older, you learn there’s a time and a place to show it. For example, if you’re good at dribbling, there’s a time and a place to do it, whereas in England, you’re just told to dribble.

"You look at someone like Pedri, I think he's 22 or 23. He's really young but he's got that much experience already playing at one of the biggest clubs in the world and playing in the biggest games."
When Rashford boarded the flight for Barca's pre-season tour of Asia, he was sat near French defender Jules Kounde, who has admitted to helping the 27-year-old feel "comfortable" in his new environment.

The former Sevilla man speaks English, as does Frenkie de Jong - which has benefited Rashford as he tries to improve his grasp of the Spanish language.

He added: “The [dressing room] language is Spanish, a lot of the lads speak Catalan, but most understand English. So I’ve just been picking up the basics on the pitch, which I think I’ve done quite well.
"Then there’s like Frenkie [de Jong] speaks good English, Jules [Kounde] speaks good English, but they also have good Spanish because they’ve been here a few years, but football in general, I know a lot of people say it, but it’s a language in itself.”
Barcelona kick off the defence of their La Liga crown with a trip to Mallorca on Saturday, with Rashford looking to follow in Lineker's footsteps in getting off the mark on his debut.
