Barcelona fans are convinced that Lamine Yamal may have 'announced' a massive signing amid rumours of a secret meeting with the star player.

Off the back of winning La Liga and making it to a Champions League semi-final, Spanish giants Barcelona are expected to be active in the summer transfer window.

Several massive players have been linked with a move to the Nou Camp in recent weeks, as manager Hansi Flick is looking to bring more world-class stars to a team boasting stars like Ballon d'Or contenders Yamal and Raphinha.

The likes of Manchester United's Marcus Rashford and Liverpool star Luis Diaz have been linked with a move to Barcelona as it appears that they hope to add another star attacker to an already impressive forward line.

But fans are convinced that Yamal may have revealed exactly who will be joining him in Barcelona's attack after spotting what he posted on social media amid reports of a 'secret meeting' at the club.

For over a year, links between Athletic Club winger Nico Williams to Barcelona have been rampant, but a new report from Spanish outlet Sport has revealed that it may finally be happening.

The report, which was later shared by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, claims that after meeting with Bayern Munich twice, the 22-year-old held a secret meeting with Barcelona today.

Although this news on its own would be enough to get Barcelona fans excited, Yamal's social media post after the news broke has them convinced that Williams will join the club this summer.

Taking to his Instagram story, Yamal decided to share a photo of him celebrating a goal with Williams while the pair were playing together for Spain.

Reacting to the post, one fan wrote on X: "Lamine Yamal our inside Agent, he’ll do anything to make sure he plays alongside his best friend."

While another claimed: "Oh my God. It’s happening. He is coming to the best club in the world. Deco, Laporta run it for us please."

Another dreamed of the club's future attack, writing: "Imagine a counter-attack with Raphina, Lamine Yamal, Pedri & Nico Williams."

And one joked: "Rashford better start looking for clubs in Championship then."
