Barcelona fans brutally taunted a former player as he watched their box office Champions League fixture against Paris Saint-Germain.
After an exciting evening of Champions League football on Tuesday, the remainder of the clubs competing in the premier UEFA competition kicked off their second group stage match on Wednesday night.
The likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Juventus are all in action on Wednesday, with the blockbuster tie of the evening undoubtedly being Barcelona hosting 2024/25 Champions League winners PSG.
Given the fact that it is perhaps one of the biggest fixtures possible in football at the moment, several of the biggest names in the sport are in attendance at the Estadio Olimpico Lluis Companys for the match.

But there is one football star that didn't receive a great reception upon his arrival at the game, as the home fans targeted him with a brutal chant and booing.
Ahead of the exciting Champions League clash, former Barcelona player Luis Figo was welcomed into the presidential box in the Estadio Olimpico Lluis Companys to watch the game.
However, despite spending five years playing for the Spanish giants, his arrival was met with boos from the home fans, with some of them going so far as to chant 'That Portuguese guy, son of a b****!'

According to sports journalist Laia Cervello Herrero, the chants within the stadium are 'deafening' and are thrown Figo's way every five minutes.
Although Figo was a key player for Barcelona during his time there, scoring 45 goals and assisting 91 across 249 appearances, he burned all bridges with fans after he made one of the most controversial transfers in football history.
In July 2000, the Portuguese star made a then world-record move to join Barcelona's fierce rivals Real Madrid, who he then went on to make 245 appearances for, scoring 58 goals and assisting 94.

In his first match at Barcelona's famous Camp Nou as a Real Madrid player in November 2002, he was met with a similar reception from the home fans.
However, one fan took things a step further, as they threw a pig's head, and several other things , onto the pitch in Figo's direction.
