Kylian Mbappe has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid ahead of his proposed blockbuster transfer, according to stunning reports.

The Athletic claim the 23-year-old has NOT yet signed paperwork with the Spanish giants and Paris Saint-Germain are still trying to convince him to change his mind.

If the move comes to fruition, then it would be among the most high-profile deals of all time.

Mbappe has been the subject of intense transfer speculation for some time now, with his current deal expiring at the end of the season.

He is able to move to Real for free in the summer, but the superstar forward is set to command a whopping signing-on fee.

Speaking at Sunday's French players' union ceremony, where he won the Ligue 1 Player of the Year award, Mbappe said a decision on his move would be announced before he joins the national team for June’s Nations League matches.

"I can’t say about my future but you’ll know very soon... it’s almost decided," he said.

"This isn’t the right moment but yes, yes... my decision is almost done."

Mbappe has been at PSG since 2017 following his switch from AS Monaco.

He's been extremely prolific, scoring an impressive 168 goals during his time in the French capital.

This season, he has scored 36 goals in 45 games in all competitions.
