Kate Abdo launches her latest brilliant burn on Micah Richards

The CBS presenter has a history of hitting 'Big Meeks' with the best introductions and she absolutely sucker punched him.

Micah Richards thought he was safe from getting insulted by Kate Abdo on Champions League final night but ended up getting absolutely burned.

Despite the fact that we don't actually get to watch the CBS coverage of the Champions League in England it's become a highlight of European football in recent seasons.

The team of Abdo, Richards, Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher tend to keep us very entertained with clips of what goes on between them.

The banter between the four of them often leaves us laughing and in the semi-finals it also left Henry having to leave the set in hysterics.

One of the highlights of the show is Abdo's ability to rip into Richards on a weekly basis, often coming up with a joke when introducing him.

He recently flipped the script on the former Sky Sports News presenter telling her to concentrate on her job rather than the jokes.

If he thought that latest reversal was going to get him off the hook on the night the team he supports in Manchester City were hoping to complete the Treble then he was very much incorrect.

Introducing their coverage from Istanbul Abdo said: "It is nothing but good vibes here at CBS. Big games..."

"Big names," Richards answered.

"That's right," she replied, "Tonight as well I am joined by a trio of stars. A France World Cup winner, with a statue honouring him in north London. Monsieur Thierry Henry.

"One of Liverpool's most famous sons. His biggest night of course with his beloved Reds here, in Istanbul, Jamie Carragher.

"And a man who helped launch a football dynasty, and is an icon in Manchester and now around the world...the one and only Peter Schmeichel will join us." BOOM, roasted!

After hilariously laughter from both the former City star and Carragher the host added, "Micah Richards is here too."

Trying to get his composure back, the 34-year-old replied: "You're doing me wrong Kate, you're doing me wrong!

"On my big night. doing me wrong like that."

One of the big revelations from the team covering the European competition in America this season has been how much Richards pays for his hair cuts.

And the former Fiorentina star has paid extra attention to making sure he looks good for Saturday night, revealing that 'Big Meeks' had flown his hairdresser over to Istanbul.

Obviously wants to look his best in hope of seeing his former side be crowned champions of the continent for the first time in their history.
