Chelsea are considering a late swoop for Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham during this transfer window, according to reports.
Bellingham has taken little time to settle into life in Germany having arrived at Dortmund from Birmingham City last summer.
The 18-year-old starlet reportedly snubbed interest from Manchester United to complete a move to the German giants - and now Chelsea have been tipped to make a move for the teenager before the window slams shut in 15 days.
According to the Daily Star, Blues owner Roman Abramovich is keen to strike a deal for the England midfielder, but only if the club fail to lure Declan Rice away from West Ham United.

Bellingham's strong performances last season in the Bundesliga and Champions League earned him a call-up to Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2020 squad.
His contract with Dortmund, however, does not expire until the summer of 2025 and is unlikely to move, especially after the German giants sold Jadon Sancho to United earlier this month.
With ‘Transfer Deadline Day’ now just two weeks away, it remains to be seen whether Chelsea will have the funds to claw either Bellingham or Rice to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues look as though they are serious title contenders this season, especially following Romelu Lukaku’s move from Inter Milan for £98m.

And after paying such an eye-watering fee, the west London club will now be looking to shift some players off their books.
With Tammy Abraham’s £34m move to Roma all but confirmed, others have been linked with an exit, too.
Meanwhile, Hakim Ziyech is also being linked with a move to Serie A, with AC Milan said to be monitoring his situation.
