West Brom Lay Into Rivals Aston Villa After Burnley Win

They may be a league apart but the rivalry between West Brom and Aston Villa is still very much alive, with the latest social media interaction between the two providing evidence of that.

West Brom produced their best performance of the season on Monday Night Football to thump Burnley 4-0 at the Hawthorns and after such a confident win and performance, whoever was running the club's Twitter account decided to aim a dig at rivals Aston Villa.

The win over Burnley was the second time this season that a team playing in Claret and Blue have been hit by a four-goal haul from Albion, who used that stat to troll Aston Villa, who currently lie in 16th place in the Championship.

As you can imagine, they were treated to a flurry of responses.
