A supercomputer has predicted the rest of the European football season.

With the 23/24 season reaching its halfway point, all of the five major European leagues are starting to get serious.

In England, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool currently lead the Premier League as they hold a narrow advantage over the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa and Manchester City.

In Spain, Real Madrid are neck and neck with surprise package Girona at the top of La Liga.

Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen are top of Bundesliga, ahead of champions Bayern Munich.

Paris Saint Germain have a healthy lead at the top of Ligue 1 over Nice.

In Italy, Inter Milan have a five-point gap between themselves and second-placed Juventus.

A supercomputer has now predicted what will happen for the remainder of the 23/24 season in Europe.

According to BetMGM, Harry Kane will finally get his hands on his first major trophy as Bayern are tipped to win the Bundesliga again.

Pep Guardiola's City side are predicted to overtake the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal to claim their fourth Premier League title in a row.

On the other end, all three newly promoted sides, Luton Town, Burnley and Sheffield United are predicted to be relegated back to the Championship.

In Spain and Italy, Madrid and Inter are poised to take the title.

Lastly, PSG are expected to win the French Ligue 1 title.

In terms of other European competitions, the supercomputer has given City a 30 per cent chance to win the Champions League, making them the likeliest winners.

For the UEFA Europa League, the supercomputer has Liverpool at 30.13 per cent, with Villa at 33.78 per cent to lift the UEFA Conference League.

The Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League are set to return in February when the knockout stages commence.
