Barcelona manager Xavi missed out a certain Micah Richards as he greeted the CBS Sports line-up following Wednesday's Champions League clash against Napoli.

Serie A strugglers Napoli managed to salvage a 1-1 draw at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium after Victor Osimhen cancelled out a Robert Lewandowski opener.

It was hardly a memorable evening in Naples but Xavi managed to put a smile on the faces of Jamie Carragher and Thierry Henry during his post-match interview.

As you can see from the footage below, Xavi greeted the previously mentioned, which brought the following response from former Manchester City defender Micah Richards: "Erm, you missed Micah there?"

Check out of the brilliant moment in full below:

Speaking to Amazon Prime Video Italia after the game, Xavi said: “We are a little sad at the result, we should’ve won the game.

“Napoli barely managed anything in attack, we allowed them only one chance. These are the matches we ought to be winning, I think the fairest result would’ve been our victory.”

He added: “After we took the lead, they woke up, which is precisely when we should’ve killed off the game. This is the Champions League.

“I really liked the performance from the team, I saw progress both in attack and defence. The performance was more than good, we just had to finish it off."
