Martin Odegaard didn't hold back during his CBS Sports interview with a comment brutally snubbing Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards.
On Wednesday night, Arsenal secured a win in their Champions League opener against Napoli with a late goal from captain Odegaard securing the three points at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
As always, the beloved CBS Sports of Kate Scott, Jamie Carragher, Thierry Henry and Micah Richards covered the match, speaking to Odegaard post-match in an interview that left Carragher and Richards at a loss for words.

Martin Odegaard brutally snubs Carragher and Richards on CBS Sports
In recent years, Carragher, who Scott referred to as a Liverpool legend during the season-opening show, has been highly critical of the Arsenal captain.

Perhaps most famously, Carragher brutally spoke out against Odegaard for taking a picture on the pitch after Arsenal's win over Liverpool back in the 2024/25 season.
Therefore, when Richards decided to ask Odegaard who his favourite host on the show was, as is always the case on CBS Sports broadcasts, the midfielder took the chance to have a subtle dig at Carragher.
The Arsenal star replied: “There’s only one answer here.”
To which Carragher jokely said: “Thank you.”
Odegaard then shut him down brutally, adding: “There’s only one real legend in that studio."
Clearly referring to Henry, the comments left the whole studio in stitches, before Odegaard eventually admitted that he was only messing around and gave a surprising answer.
“Nah, I’m joking. Jamie, you’re my favourite," Odegaard revealed.

Kylian Mbappe didn't hesitate when asked his favourite CBS Sports pundit
On Tuesday night, Real Madrid also got their Champions League campaign off to a stellar start with a 2-1 win over Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu.
As conversations about who could win this year's Ballon d'Or continue to heat up, Real Madrid star Mbappe ensured he was at the front of everybody's mind as he opened the scoring in the match, netting his 70th goal in the competition.
Post-match, he appeared on CBS Sports for the first time to speak with the panel about the match and life under new manager Jose Mourinho.
And, like Odegaard, Richards took the chance to ask the striker who his favourite pundit on the show was, with many likely assuming he would say fellow Frenchman Henry.
But, after Mbappe buttering up with a special poem, Richards has given the award, with Mbappe replying: "I would have to say you."
Delighted, Richards started doing laps around the studio and even hugged Mbappe through the screen in a sign of appreciation for the star player.
