Viral Manchester United fan Frank Ilett has spoken out following the club's dramatic 3-2 win over Fulham.
Michael Carrick continued his dream start to life as Manchester United's interim manager on Sunday after beating Fulham 3-2 at Old Trafford.
Goals from countrymen Casemiro and Matheus Cunha put the hosts 2-0 up in the match before Fulham struck back, forcing summer singing Benjamin Sesko to step up and net the winner for United.
The result will no doubt be a massive boost for United fans, with the club maintaining their spot in the top four, but perhaps none more so than viral fan Ilett (The United Strand).

Last season, Ilett promised that he would not cut his hair until United won five games in a row and, following the win over Fulham, he's spoken out about a potential haircut being on the horizon.

Since Ilet started his challenge back in October 2024, the United fan has seen the club through various lows and greater lows, with his hair outlasting two managers at Old Trafford.
But, following wins over local rivals Manchester City and Premier League leaders Arsenal in recent weeks, the victory over Fulham now takes United's tally to three in a row, meaning Ilet is just two wins away from a trip to the barbers.
And it's safe to say, he's feeling confident about his chances of finally getting a haircut, as he took to his Instagram to share how he felt about the win.
He said: "That was a bit of an edgy end to the game but three wins in a row and Carrickball continues. What a run this is and Carrick is making a stronger and stronger case to become the permanent manager.
"It's not even just about the results, it's about the performances as well. We look livelier, full of more ideas and full of more character.
"Some Brazilian brilliance on show today. Cunha with a great finish and it's always nice to see Casimiro with a smile on his face. He's always a threat from set pieces and a cheeky no-look assist too. I'm so gonna miss him when he leaves in the summer."
Illet even admitted that he felt more nerves heading into the match against Fulham than he did against what you would expect to be much harder matches against City and Arsenal.
He added: "I think this one was always going to be a tough test. Before the game I was actually more nervous than I was before the City and Arsenal games.
"Like I said it was a bit edgy at the end there but we showed character to get the winner. Don't doubt Sesko, he's just getting started.
"Three wins down, two to go, I better start planning this haircut."
United face Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford at home in their next fixture on February and, should they win that, the deciding match for Illet's haircut will be an away trip to the London Stadium to face West Ham United three days later.
