Sir Alex Ferguson didn't hold back when he learned that Manchester U18s had been out for a night out, and he made sure to make one player know.
Ferguson will forever be remembered as one of the best football managers ever to work in the Premier League, leading Manchester United to a total of 38 trophies during his time there.
However, it wasn't just his success on the pitch that Fergie will be remembered for, as his work with United's academy is also often praised as one of the best the Premier League has ever seen.
Across his 26 seasons in charge at Old Trafford, the Scot saw the likes of David Beckham, Gary and Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Nicky Butt through the academy.

Like the senior team, Ferguson led the academy with an iron fist making a name for himself due to his ruthless decision making and no nonsense attitude towards his players at all levels.
Therefore, when he discovered that the under 18s were out in a nightclub celebrating a birthday the night before a training session, he pulled academy prospect Michael Keane in for a chat and he did not hold back.
"I'm actually not sure I can tell this story," Keane confessed Ben Foster on the Fozcast.
"Basically we were under 18 and I never went out or anything, never drank until I was a bit older, I was like the most focused guy ever, but one of the lads in our team had a birthday night out in town and the whole team was going so I thought better go.
"I drove there and parked my car, got into the club and one of the lads got into a bit of trouble. That got back to the club and Sir Alex asked for the CCTV of when this guy was leaving, he wanted to see what he was like."

Keane continued: "I'm leaving at the same time to go to my car to drive home, so I'm caught on camera and obviously this lad was in pretty big trouble.
"He (Ferguson) called me into his office and the first thing he said is, 'don't you lie to me! and I was like 'oh my god, what is happening here?'
"I grassed, I said we all went out and yeah we did our training the next day, but I said I wasn't drinking. I said I didn't see anything from what had been accused of this lad and he was shouting at me, giving me the proper hair dryer treatment and then at the end he stood up and he just went, well done son, shook my hand.
Keane added that he felt that the interaction had been some sort of test, adding: "The relief I felt when he said that and shook my hand, honestly."
The Stockport-born defender joined United as an academy scholar in 2009 at the age of 16 along with his twin brother Will, having started training with the club when they were 11.
Keane signed his first professional contract with the club on his 18th birthday on 11 January 2011, and made his first-team debut as a substitute debut in the League Cup on 25 October 2011.
However, he failed to establish a regular spot in the United squad, spending several seasons on loan before securing a permanent move to Burnley in January 2015 following a shot loan from September 2014 until his permanent deal.
