Manchester United have made a final decision on whether to sack manager Ruben Amorim if they lose to Sunderland this weekend, according to a new report.
United host Sunderland at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
They have so far picked up seven points from their six Premier League matches, and conceded 11 goals.

Amorim's side lost 3-1 at Brentford last Saturday to pile further pressure on the Portuguese boss.
BBC Sport's Simon Stone reported after the game that United were not yet planning on sacking Amorim, with minority co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe keen to give him more time.
In the days since, Crystal Palace's Oliver Glasner, Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola and Fulham's Marco Silva have been among the current Premier League managers linked with taking over the role if Amorim departs.
While the prospect of facing a newly-promoted side at home might normally offer genuine hope of some salvation for United, Sunderland recruited well in the summer and are currently fifth after a superb start to the season under Regis Le Bris.
They won at Nottingham Forest on Saturday and have recorded home wins over Brentford and West Ham.

Now, The Athletic's Laurie Whitwell has now echoed previous reports in claiming that Amorim will not be sacked regardless of the result at Old Trafford this weekend.
That is despite a defeat potentially sending United as low as 16th in the table if other results do not go their way.
"I think it is a big match, and I certainly think that Ruben Amorim needs a positive result. They need to beat Sunderland," Whitwell said on the 'Talk of the Devils' podcast.
"From speaking to people, even if they lost to Sunderland, I don't think it would be the end for Ruben Amorim.

"Sir Jim Ratcliffe is the ultimate decision maker on this, really. I know he will take recommendations from Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox, and the Glazers certainly have a voice on this as well. Joel Glazer, in particular, I imagine will have an opinion.
"But Ratcliffe is the one to decide. And I'm told he wants to give Amorim a full season, because it's a new squad to a degree, it's him trying to get his methods across even more. We can debate whether that's the right choice or not, but that's the messaging from the very top."
