Michael Carrick has reportedly made a demand about one Manchester United player if he gets the job permanently.
Earlier in the month, Ruben Amorim was sacked by United and replaced by Carrick.
Since then, the Red Devils have picked up two impressive victories, against rivals Manchester City and Arsenal.
As a result, United currently sit fourth in the Premier League table, one point in front of Chelsea and two ahead of arch rivals Liverpool.

Carrick will look to make it three wins out of three when they take on Fulham at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
Although Carrick has made a strong start, it remains unclear who will be the United boss next season.
So far, the likes of Oliver Glasner, Zinedine Zidane, Gareth Southgate and Thomas Tuchel have all been linked with a move to Old Trafford.

Recently, a report has claimed that if Carrick is retained as United boss, he would want to keep Marcus Rashford at the club.
Rashford, 28, moved to Barcelona on loan during the summer transfer window after falling out of favour under Amorim.
The Englishman has since impressed, registering nine goals and 12 assists in 31 appearances across all competitions for the La Liga giants.
As reported by The Telegraph, if Carrick gets appointed on a permanent basis, he would be keen to have Rashford in his squad.
The report stated: "If Michael Carrick is retained as United’s head coach beyond this season, then he would like his former team-mate back (they played alongside each other under Louis Van Gaal, who gave Rashford his debut in 2016)."

Rashford is currently under contract at United until 2028 but has declared that he is enjoying life in Barcelona.
When asked by ESPN if he wants to stay with Barcelona beyond his loan, Rashford said: "Oh yeah, for sure.
"I'm enjoying this football club and I think for anybody who loves football, Barcelona is one of the key clubs in the history of the game. For a player it is an honour."
He added: "The main focus is to win football matches, this is why I joined this club, and it's what the club demands."
