Manchester United have been extremely busy on transfer deadline day over the years, with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Dimitar Berbatov, Radamel Falcao and Anthony Martial all signing on the final day of the window.
The Red Devils have secured another deadline day addition, having agreed a £12.8 million fee with Royal Antwerp for goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
Neither Andre Onana or Altay Bayandir have looked particularly convincing in between the sticks of late and so Ruben Amorim and United have moved for the Belgian, who has travelled to undergo a medical and sign his contract.
They had been linked with Aston Villa and Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez but decided on 23-year-old Lammens, who made more saves than any goalkeeper last season.

The move has been viewed as a little left-field from United but nothing compares to their only deal on the transfer deadline day on 2 February 2015.
In the summer, Angel Di Maria, Luke Shaw, Ander Herrera and Radamel Falcao were all brought in by Louis van Gaal in his first summer at the helm.
Then, as the winter market came to a close, they brought in a player on loan from Bolton Wanderers and he didn't even make a first-team appearance.

Youngster Saidy Janko headed to Bolton as part of the deal which saw Kellett join at the eleventh hour after he looked poised to return to Plymouth Argyle.
"I went in and the manager said there’s an option for you to go to Man Utd on loan if you want," Kellett recalled in an interview with the Daily Star.
"So that’s how it came about. I was going down to the training ground to sign for Plymouth and I ended up coming away signing for Man Utd!
"At first I was quite shocked by it. But then further on in the night I got quite emotional because it was quite a big thing. I can’t really remember my initial reaction, I just think I was in a bit of shock really."
What happened to Andy Kellett after Man Utd?
Kellett played with the Under 23s, making 10 appearances and winning the Barclays Premier League Under 23's title - as well as coming up against his parent club in the Manchester Senior Cup.

He also played alongside Robin van Persie as he recovered from injury and filled in during first-team training, where he was nutmegged by Di Maria in his first very session.
After the short loan, Kellett signed for Wigan Athletic and later turned out for Chesterfield, Notts County, Fylde, Alfreton Town, Guiseley and Bury FC, who reformed in the lower echelons after going bust.
Kellett left Bury in 2024 and remains without a club. The left-back also works as a technical delivery advisor at BT Enterprise, a role he has had since February 2022.
