Jadon Sancho REFUSED to apologise to Erik ten Hag after been asked to as he trains away from the Manchester United first-team.

Sancho will work away from the first-team as he remains on a 'personal training programme' following his social media outburst.

A Man United statement reads: "Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training programme away from the first-team group, pending resolution of a squad discipline issue."

He has since deleted his statement from social media after Ten Hag publicly called him out after his side's crushing 3-1 defeat at Arsenal.

"On his performance on training we didn't select him," he said when asked about the player's absence from the matchday squad.

"You have to reach the level every day at Manchester United. You can make choices in the front line, so in this game he wasn't selected."

According to The Athletic, Sancho has 'effectively been banished from first-team training' and will not be considered for selection. He will do his training at the club's academy facilities.

He won't be a part of his team's game against Brighton at Old Trafford on Saturday until there is a resolution.
