Lisandro Martinez completely lost his head during an interview after Manchester United's 2-0 loss to Atletico Madrid, and now we know why.
Manchester United suffered perhaps their worst loss of the season so far on Tuesday night as they were beaten 2-0 by Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, making it five consecutive matches without a win.
However the result wasn't the worst part of the evening for the club, as defender Martinez slammed United's board in a shocking interview following the loss, and it's now been revealed he isn't the only player that's not happy.
The truth behind Lisandro Martinez's shocking Champions League interview
Just minutes after the full-time whistle, Martinez gave his thoughts on the club's current situation in a bombshell interview with Amazon Prime, and he didn't hold back.

"Really poor. I have to control myself a lot. Sometimes it's a reflection in the mirror of our club at this moment," Martinez said.
"We had a fantastic season last season and I expect more from the top to bring more players to compete because many teams bring many players.
“I expect more from our technical director, I have to be honest and also as players we have to do more."
Shortly after, Martinez's teammate Youri Tielemans and manager Michael Carrick said they had no comment when asked to respond to the claims, but according to talkSPORT the Argentine is not the only one frustrated with the United board.
The report claims that several United players are angry at the lack of ambition in recent transfer windows, with technical director Jason Wilcox described as 'in their firing line'.
Some players reportedly feel that Wilcox missed the opportunity failed to capitalise on the momentum of last season's success last season having only signed three midfielders over the summer, echoing Martinez's comments.
The United dressing room reportedly feel that there are several other areas of the squad that need new signings, with many fans calling for a defensive overhaul in the January transfer window.
Bruno Fernandes is among the players clearly becoming more frustrated at United's current situation, a worrying sign given the doubts about his future at the club ahead of his contract expiring in the summer of 2027.
How much money has United spent since Jason Wilcox was appointed?
Wilcox was appointed as United's technical director in April 2024, before being promoted to Director of Football in June 2025.
Since his arrival at the club nearly three years ago, United have committed approximately £624million in transfer fees, signing 15 players in total.
Of the 15, the most notable are Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, Senne Lammens and Carlos Baleba, who was handed his first start since joining last summer in the 2-0 loss to Atletico.
