Fans left shocked by Jesse Lingard's new look and his former teammate couldn't help but comment

Jesse Lingard has stunned fans with his new look - and his former Manchester United teammate has even reacted.

Lingard signed for FC Seoul after his deal with Nottingham Forest came to an end.

He penned a two-year deal, with the option for a further as the player's agent revealed the 'strange' nature of the contract.

In an interview with GQ Korea, Lingard opened up about his move to South Korea and revealed his new look in the process.

He showed off his new hairstyle, revealing he gets his hair cut once a week.

"Every time I get a haircut, I like to brush. I need to be looking fresh. Most of our games are on television, I like to look fresh," he said.

"Probably once a week, I get a haircut. Very popular in England, this haircut."

Timothy Fosu-Mensah, who played with Lingard at Man United, is a fan of his former club colleague's new hairstyle as he left a comment on social media.

"Like the hair bro," he wrote.

People online were also quick to react to the 32-year-old's new appearance.

One X user wrote: "He looks like a K-pop star."

Another added: "Bro actually looks Korean now."

Lingard also spoke about his trips to McDonalds and Papa Johns.

"When we have our days off or I want a cheat meal... it could be McDonalds, it could be Papa John," he added,

"My friend who lives with me, [he] only eats chicken. So, yeah, Gongbao Chicken, we enjoy that a lot, or the K-Dot Barbeque chicken, I like it a lot as well."

Lingard has played 16 league games for Seoul this season, scoring four goals. His side are currently placed seventh in the K League 1.
