Jadon Sancho 'agrees' terms with new club as Man Utd fans left stunned by transfer fee for permanent exit

Jadon Sancho has been linked with a move away from Manchester United.

Jadon Sancho has reportedly agreed terms to finally leave Manchester United on a permanent transfer.

After spending the 24/25 season on loan at Premier League rivals Chelsea, Sancho returned to United after the Blues opted against signing the winger permanently.

In 31 Premier League matches for the Stamford Bridge club, Sancho managed three goals and four assists.

Since then, the 25-year-old has been linked with clubs around Europe and Saudi Arabia, including the likes of Borussia Dortmund, West Ham United and Juventus.

Earlier in the month, it was claimed that Italian giants Juventus were looking to offer three players in a swap deal for Sancho.

Writing for GiveMeSport, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the likes of Dusan Vlahovic, Douglas Luiz and Timothy Weah were all mentioned as potential makeweights.

It has now been claimed that Sancho has agreed terms with the Serie A giants.

As reported by Italian outlet Sportmediaset, there is now a ‘full agreement’ with Sancho over a four-year contract worth €6m (£5.2m) per year.

It has been suggested that Juventus would pay £15 million for Sancho, with possible add-ons meaning the deal could rise to £21.6 million, which was United's asking price.

Prior to Juventus, it was reported that Sancho, who is being paid around £300,000 per week at Old Trafford, saw a move to Fenerbahce collapse.

The Turkish giants were reportedly ready to pay Sancho £8.5 million per year, but a move never materialised.

It has been suggested that there is confidence from Juventus that a deal could be wrapped up next week.

Aside from Sancho, United are set to trim their wage bill further by letting Marcus Rashford go, who is widely expected to join Barcelona.

The 27-year-old is set to join Barcelona on loan with an option to buy.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano wrote on social media: "BREAKING: Marcus Rashford to Barcelona, here we go! Verbal agreement in principle between all parties involved with Barça planning for medical tests next days.

"Loan deal with buy option, details being finalised today then Man Utd will authorize his travel to Spain."
