Benjamin Sesko has spoken for the first time after rejecting Newcastle to join Manchester United.
Over the past few weeks, Newcastle and United have been competing for Sesko's signature.
Despite having a higher bid accepted by RB Leipzig, the Magpies had to admit defeat as the Slovenian opted to sign for United.
On Saturday, the move was officially announced by the Old Trafford club, with Sesko signing a contract until the summer of 2030.

During his first interview with his new club, the 22-year-old explained why he decided to join United.
He explained: "The history of Manchester United is obviously very special but what really excites me is the future.
"When we discussed the project, it was clear that everything is in place for this team to continue to grow and compete for the biggest trophies again soon."
Sesko continued: "From the moment that I arrived, I could feel the positive energy and family environment that the club has created. It is clearly the perfect place to reach my maximum level and fulfil all of my ambitions.

"I cannot wait to start learning from Ruben [Amorim] and connecting with my team-mates to achieve the success that we all know we are capable of together."
Newcastle's failure to land Sesko could impact Liverpool's transfer window, as the Reds continue to be linked with Alexander Isak.
However, it was reported on Saturday that Newcastle have told Isak that he will not be sold this summer, blocking his preferred move to Anfield.

Speaking about Isak recently, Newcastle boss Eddie Howe said: "We've had discussions and it's clear at the moment that we can't involve him with the group.
"I don't know how long that will be for, but that's the latest."
After missing out on Sesko, Newcastle have been linked with other strikers, including the likes of Yoane Wissa, Nicolas Jackson, Ollie Watkins and Samu Aghehowa.
Newcastle will begin their 25/26 Premier League campaign next weekend against Aston Villa.
