Manchester City have 'opened talks' to sign a replacement for Kyle Walker but a deal will have to be rushed through to get him at £22 million.
Man City have splashed the cash this summer, having snapped up Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan, Rayan Ait-Nouri from Wolves and Rayan Cherki from Lyon.
Pep Guardiola has also trimmed his squad, with Kyle Walker securing a move away from the Etihad.
He has joined Burnley for a fee that could rise to £5 million after agreeing a two-year contract with the Premier League newcomers.

Guardiola appears to be in the market for a replacement for Walker ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
According to Football Transfers, Man City have 'initiated' talks with Inter Milan over a deal for Denzel Dumfries.

They have identified Dumfries as an ideal replacement given his release clause.

The 29-year-old has a release clause worth just €25 million (£22 million) in his existing contract.
However, the clause expires on July 15, so a deal will have to be rushed through to get him at the cut-price fee.
Per the report, Man City are said to see this deal as being 'too good to pass up'.

Man City, though, face stiff competition from Barcelona, who have also been alerted to Dumfries' modest release clause.
But the Blues hold an advantage as they are said to have an excellent relationship with the player's agent, which could help facilitate a quick deal.
Dumfries has been at Inter since the summer of 2021 following his move from PSV Eindhoven.
He has made 179 appearances across all competitions, scoring 22 goals.

Last season, the Inter star scored an impressive 11 goals from the wing-back position.
