Manchester City are ready to listen to offers ahead of the summer transfer window reopening.

Manchester City are 'ready' to sell one of their biggest ever signings just one year after luring him to the club.

Man City won their fourth consecutive Premier League title this season.

Despite securing yet another league title, the Blues plan to ring the changes ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

One of the club's most hugely influential players has been linked with a shock transfer away from the Etihad.

And it appears the club are ready to listen to offers for Matheus Nunes, who joined from Wolves last summer in a deal worth £53 million.

Nunes, however, played just 28 games across all competitions this season, including 17 league games for Pep Guardiola's side.

He only started seven games in the league and reports suggest his future lies away from Man City.

That's according to Graeme Bailey, who states they are prepared to let their Portuguese midfielder leave this summer.

The report claims that Man City may be willing to cut their losses on the player already.

Nunes, who is represented by super-agent Jorge Mendes, is considering his options ahead of the summer transfer window reopening.

Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have reportedly shown an interest in the past while Saudi Pro League clubs are also thought to be keen on acquiring the 25-year-old's services.

Last December, Nunes admitted he still needs to improve some aspects of his game and insists there is no reason why he shouldn't be at Man City.

"I still need to improve some things, but if Pep believes I should be here there is no reason why I shouldn't," he explained.

"I want to score more goals, recover more balls, get more assists. But he improves every player who comes into the team, and I will be no different."

Nunes shone at Wolves following his transfer from Sporting CP.

But he's found it difficult to replicate his Wolves form at Man City, but a lack of game time has hampered his development.
