Jamie Carragher and Erling Haaland were involved in a hilarious moment during the post-match interview after Manchester Cityâs win against Burnley.
On Friday night, City got their Premier League campaign off to the perfect start after a comfortable 3-0 win over newly promoted Burnley.

In the second half, Rodri added a third after the ball fell to his path inside the penalty area.

After the match, Haaland was being interviewed by Sky Sports and shared a brilliant moment with former Liverpool and England defender Carragher.
Carragher said: âSo two nil, some goal, two nil.â
A confused Haaland said: âWhat?â
At this moment, Gary Neville came in with: âApologies for his accent.â
After presenter Kelly Cates clarified what Carragher said, the former defender joked: âYou are a great goalscorer, you'll never be a pundit!â
To which Haaland hilariously replied: âThank you for that mate. Appreciate that.â
After the half-time whistle was blown, Haaland was spotted having a heated conversation with manager Guardiola.
Speaking about the incident, the Norwegian said: âIt was because of the last action when Bernardo didnât play me in â he [Pep] was a bit mad at me.
âEveryone sees Iâm developing my game. I try my best every day â itâs a pleasure to work with Pep, I donât know if there is anyone better for a young player as Iâm still young, donât forget. I just have the enjoy the chaos around me and perform on the pitch.â

Whilst Guardiola also cleared up the incident, he said to Match of the Day: âHe wanted the ball in behind to him and that ball hasn't to be in behind. Sometimes you have to be patient to find the right moment.
âHe was not frustrated, I am not frustrated. In football it happens. Don't be dramatic.â
