Antoine Semenyo's old school friend has gone viral on social media after sharing a hilarious story about the Manchester City star.
After months of links to some of the biggest teams in the Premier League, Semenyo finally left Bournemouth to join Man City in a £64million deal on January 9.
The Ghana international, who will wear the No 42 shirt, penned a five-and-a-half-year contract with Pep Guardiola's side, keeping him there until 2031.
Semenyo then made his City debut the following day during the rampant 10-1 win over League One side Exeter City and will face his toughest test in blue against historic rivals Manchester United on Saturday afternoon.

But before the match kicked off, the 26-year-old was forced to address a hilarious story shared by one of his old school friends on social media.

During the 2023/24 season, Semenyo really established himself as a top-level Premier League star, with his total tally in the English top-flight being 30 goals and 12 assists across 101 appearances.
However, for those close to him it was always clear that the forward was destined for a big move, something that TikTok user Kevin Ihama explained in a story about Semenyo's school days.

Sharing a picture of the pair together at school, Ihama said: "Year seven, day one. Everybody wants to establish themselves... the mandem want to establish two things, who are the strong guys and who are the ballers?"
He explained that at lunch, the boys in his class separated themselves into two teams to play a match, with Ihama unfortunately put in the opposite team to Semenyo.
With every man out for themselves, the TikTok star explained that it didn't take long for the future Manchester City winger to stand out, as Semenyo comfortably brushed past the other kids and scored goals with both feet.
But the worst moment for Ihama was yet to come as he added: "I was coming to show myself superior so the next time he gets the ball, I need to put a stop to this.

"I see my opportunity, I go for him... I go to get the ball to steal it, what does he do? He bodies me off the ball."
Humbled, Ihama explained: "I need you to understand, we're 11, I've not even experienced football with such physicality before. I was hit with so many realisations, at the point of that contact it was like I came outside my body."

Ihama continued to explain that he played alongside and against Semenyo for several years at school and that his playing style has not changed, but hilariously added that the City star used to hum while he was dribbling the ball.

The video and it didn't take long for it to reach Semenyo himself, who wrote in the comments: "Bro what a time man."
