Trent Alexander-Arnold's reaction to Liverpool fans after the 3-2 defeat to Brighton on Monday has gone viral online.
After being booed by large sections of the Anfield crowd when he came on against Arsenal just days after announcing his exit, Alexander-Arnold was included in Liverpool's squad for the trip to the AMEX Stadium.
However, unlike in the Arsenal draw, he remained an unused substitute for the entirety of the game. Arne Slot handed Conor Bradley another start at right-back and in the second half, he brought on Wataru Endo in the position in the 77th minute.

It was a third game without a win for the Reds since the title was secured after they surrendered a 2-1 half-time lead, with Kaoru Mitoma and Jack Hinshelwood finding the net in the second half.
The result didn't spoil the mood of the travelling supporters ahead of their trophy lift on Sunday and they were in fine spirits at the final whistle.
Alexander-Arnold, who put on a party at the AXA Training Centre last week ahead of his mooted move to Real Madrid, was among those to observe the scenes - with Liverpool fans singing a version of 'Freed from Desire' as it played over the tannoy.

Footage captured his reaction and the England international looked emotional as he took it all in. However, he did appear to hang back a little and had his hands on his hips as he stared intently while teammates applauded.
He then walked away and headed down the tunnel, with Reds supporters weighing in with plenty of reaction.

A final user stated: "That’s not him regretting leaving, that’s him waiting for his send off and not getting it."
After failing to feature against Brighton, Alexander-Arnold could make his 354th and final Liverpool appearance on Sunday when the Merseyside outfit lift a 20th English league title after the visit of FA Cup winners Crystal Palace.
The club's shop have responded to news of his departure by heavily discounting an LFC Player Scarf featuring Alexander-Arnold's face and signature.

It is now available for a mere £5 after the price was slashed by nearly 70%.
Set to link up with Jude Bellingham at Real when he joins on a free, Alexander-Arnold is poised to be coached by former Liverpool star Xabi Alonso.
The Spaniard is expected to replace the departing Carlo Ancelotti in the Santiago Bernabeu hotseat.
Jeremie Frimpong, who thrived under Alosno at Bayer Leverkusen, is likely to replace Alexander-Arnold in a £29.5 million deal.
