Mo Salah may have aimed a sly dig at Arne Slot during his candid interview with fellow Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
In just three weeks, Salah will close the curtain on his time at Liverpool following a legendary nine year spell at Anfield.
During his spell at Liverpool Salah has established himself as one of the greatest players ever to represent the club and will leave as the third-highest goalscorer, behind only Ian Rush (346) and Roger Hunt (285).
However, it's safe to say that his final season has been tarnished by his high-profile fallout with manager Slot, with Salah previously claiming he feels that he had been 'thrown under the bus' by the Liverpool boss.

Although it appeared that the pair had mended this relationship following Salah's return from the AFCON earlier this year, it appears there may still be some bad blood as the Egyptian aimed a subtle dig as his manager during an interview with Gerrard.
During the recent clash with Everton, Salah equaled Gerrard's record of the most goals in the Merseyside Derby, netting his ninth goal in the fierce meeting between the local rivals.
Of course, as he sat down with Gerrard for an interview for TNT Sports, Salah mentioned this achievement, to which Gerrard hit back by noting that he had also played right-back for a couple of years, impacting his numbers.
But Salah, unable to resist the chance to hit back, replied: "Well I played as right back this season so...”
Unlike the vast majority of his Liverpool career under previous manager Jurgen Klopp, where he essentially had free reign of Liverpool's front line, Slot has expected Salah to carry out more defensive work this season.
With the likes of Jeremie Frimpong and Dominik Szoboszlai playing an increased role in the right side of Liverpool's attack, Slot has a much more fluid outlook on his front three during matches, meaning Salah sometimes has to drop back to help defend.
Speaking about this after Liverpool's 3-0 win over Brighton in the FA Cup in February, Slot said: “It’s very nice to have him (Salah) on the scoresheet again and him having an assist.
"But I think what I like the most at the moment, that he’s scoring goals is something you can almost expect, but he also helps the team a lot defensively. That is something very positive – what the team also needs."
This new role partly explains Salah's reduced numbers this season, scoring 12 goals and assisting nine across 39 appearances.
