Liverpool are reportedly considering selling three players to fund the signing of Florian Wirtz and a highly-rated PSG star.
Liverpool will start the 2025/26 Premier League season as champions, but Arne Slot may be set to bolster his squad ahead of his second campaign in charge at Anfield.
The Reds have been heavily linked with Bayer Leverkusen and Germany man Wirtz.

On Wednesday (June 11), journalist Fabrizio Romano issued an update on the player’s situation via X.
"EXCLUSIVE: Florian Wirtz to Liverpool, HERE WE GO! Liverpool verbally agree deal in principle with Bayer Leverkusen for package reaching €150m, add-ons included,” Romano wrote.
"Player side already agreed two weeks ago with the move now imminent. Wirtz set for medical and contract signing."

The supposed €150m (£127.4m) fee would be a Liverpool and British transfer record.
However, a report has suggested that the deal could be funded by the potential sale of three players.
The Sun reports that Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz could all leave the club this summer in order to provide funds for the Reds to splash out in the transfer market.
The report also adds that Liverpool are prepared to battle Bayern Munich in their pursuit of PSG winger Bradley Barcola.

Barcola, 22, was part of PSG’s treble-winning side in 2024/25, having signed from Lyon for £38m in 2023.

And despite clearly being a top player, the France international was often used as a substitute and may struggle to move ahead of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as Luis Enrique’s first-choice on the left wing.
The Guardian reports that Liverpool could be set to offer around £100m for the Frenchman. The champions also continue to be linked with Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak, but the Magpies' £150m valuation may prove to high. As for Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, he is also linked with a switch to Anfield, with Cherries teammate Justin Kluivert recently saying: "He'll probably go there (to Liverpool), I hope so for him," while away with the Netherlands on international duty.

The Cherries reportedly value the Serbia-born Hungary international at around £40-45m. Liverpool have already signed right-back Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth £29.6m.
