Footage has emerged which appeared to show Alisson Becker fuming at one Liverpool star after Nottingham Forest’s goal.

On Saturday afternoon, Liverpool looked to continue their perfect start to the 24/25 Premier League season under Arne Slot as they welcomed Forest to Anfield.

The Reds had most of the ball but failed to create any clear-cut chances against a stubborn Forest defence.

Second-half substitute Callum Hudson-Odoi then stunned Anfield into utter silence when his right-footed shot found the back of the net in the 72nd minute.

In the end, Liverpool failed to score as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side came away with a 1-0 victory, which was Forest’s first win at Anfield since 1969.

Afterwards, a video showed Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson shouting at his defence on the back of Hudson-Odoi’s goal.

The Brazilian appeared to shout in the direction of young full-back Conor Bradley, who allowed Hudson-Odoi to cut inside and shoot.

It was also spotted that Alisson angrily kicked out his right leg in an apparent gesture towards the 21-year-old.

One fan said on social media: “Alisson was having a moan at Bradley after that goal and he’s 100% right. Everyone watching that game knew he wanted to come in his right foot. He made it so easy for him.”

Speaking after the match, Alisson said: “In the first half, they just defended, kicked long balls. Second half, I think with their changes, we didn't adapt quick enough and so we conceded three counterattacks before we conceded the goal - on a counterattack. So we should have defended better on those situations.

“We should have [stopped] the counter-attack up front and then when the ball was deeper, you've got to defend better in front of your box. Be more aggressive. Hudson-Odoi had too much freedom to do what he wanted with the ball, dribbling inside and shooting. Poor defending from us.”

He added: “We couldn’t create much, we had a lack of quality today, we needed more energy. It is three points we have lost today unnecessarily. All the opportunities we had were not clear enough and they defended great, they threw themselves in front of the ball.”

Liverpool will be back in action on Tuesday night when they start their UEFA Champions League campaign against AC Milan.
