Harry Winks was involved in a foul-mouthed confrontation with a Leicester City supporter on Saturday afternoon after the club dropped crucial points against fellow Championship relegation-battlers Portsmouth.
It has been a wretched season for the Foxes, who have failed to win any of their past six matches. In fact, Gary Rowett's side have only won 11 league games across the 2025/26 campaign, a run of results that puts them in real danger of relegation to League One.
With games against Hull City, Millwall and Blackburn Rovers still to play, the former Premier League winners are eight points adrift of safety after they were beaten by fellow strugglers Portsmouth.
It has been an incredibly frustrating season for the Foxes, and after the full-time whistle, tempers flared when Harry Winks clashed with a Leicester fan as the midfielder made his way towards the team bus at Fratton Park.

As you can see from the footage below, Winks can be heard telling the fan involved to "shut the f*** up".
The supporter can then be heard swearing back at the former England international, who was quickly ushered onto the bus ahead of what will inevitably be a tense three-hour journey up the M1.
As expected, fans on social media were quick to comment on the incident, with one fan saying: "Didn't like being told some home truths bless him." A second commented: "This is actually shocking. First bit of fight from him. Put him on bench next season."
A third wrote: "If only they had this much energy and passion to speak to EACH OTHER this way on the pitch."
A fourth said: "God it really is bad at Leicester," and a fifth added: "I’ve seen altercations when players are boarding coaches but never a headloss like this."

Leicester manager Gary Rowett has "belief" after 1-0 defeat against Portsmouth
Speaking in the aftermath of Leicester's defeat on Saturday, a hopeful Gary Rowett gave his take on the club's dire situation.
"I can say we've got belief," he told talkSPORT. "I think we have to show that in our performance and show that in our results.
"I said to the players, 'We might have to start hoping we get a little bit of fortune from somewhere else,' but I don't like saying that as a manager, I'm not interested in what other teams do, I'm interested in what we do.
"We have to be professional, as a player, if I had three games to go and I was already relegated, I'd still want to win all three of those games, I don't care, it's about pride, it's about your own personal standards."
Rowett added: "So for me, we turn up Tuesday and we have to do everything we can to try and win a game."
