Only the group winner qualifies directly for the World Cup, with Honduras currently topping the group on eight points.
Second place does still provide a potential path through to the inter-confederation play-offs, but progression will depend on ranking, and which other teams progress.
Haiti will play their final group games during the November international break, facing Costa Rice on November 13, before taking on Nicaragua on November 18.

With two games remaining, the team still holds a realistic chance of qualifying for the tournament.
If they do qualify for next summer's World Cup, questions remains about whether they will be able to send a delegation to Washington DC under the current restrictions.
Haiti have only appeared at the World Cup finals once in their history, having made the competition in 1974.
But it was a humbling experience for the small country, who lost all three of their games and finished bottom of the group.
