Chelsea fans have already made up their minds about new manager Liam Rosenior following his first training session with the team.
After 18 months in charge at Stamford Bridge, former manager Enzo Maresca suddenly left Chelsea in dramatic fashion on January 2 following a breakdown in relations with the club.
After Maresca's departure it didn't take long for Chelsea to appoint a new manager, with Rosenior joining from Strasbourg FC, Chelsea owners BlueCo's Ligue 1 club.
Rosenior will take charge of his first match as Chelsea manager on Saturday evening as the London club travel to The Valley to face Charlton Athletic in the third round of the FA Cup.

Before the match, Rosenior held his first training session with his new team, and Chelsea fans appear to have already reached a verdict on their manager as clips of the session emerge online.

With Chelsea heading into the match against Charlton as heavy favourite, it could provide the perfect opportunity for Rosenior to figure out exactly which players he trusts to play his style of football for the remainder of the season.
And in footage of his training session ahead of the game, it's clear that the Englishman is eager to connect with his new players as he was spotted having close and friendly conversations with both Estevao and Joao Pedro.

However, it appears that this footage hasn't necessarily gone down well with some Chelsea supporters as they took to social media to claim that Rosenior was trying too hard to win over his new players.
Reacting to the footage, one fan wrote: "You can tell rosenior’s doing too much."

Rosenior is expected to continue to play the style of football seen during his time at both Hull City and Strasbourg, with the 41-year-old prioritising having a controlled, passing style of football.

He arrives at Chelsea having managed over 150 matches in his short four-year career as a manager, having also spent three years as a coach beforehand.
Rosenior has singed a six and a half year contract, meaning he is set to remain at Chelsea until 2032.
"I am extremely humbled and honoured to be appointed head coach of Chelsea Football Club. This is a club with a unique spirit and a proud history of winning trophies," he said after his appointment was confirmed.
