Thierry Henry gave a brutally honest verdict on Barcelona after the La Liga side’s 3-3 draw against Club Brugge in the Champions League.
Hansi Flick’s side endured a tough evening against the Belgian champions in Bruges, with Nicolo Tresoldi putting the home side ahead after just six minutes.
But in theme with the game, during which Barca came from behind three times, Ferran Torres levelled things just two minutes later.
By 17 minutes, Club Brugge were 2-1 up thanks to Carlos Forbs’ cool finish past Wojciech Szczesny, only for Barcelona to hit back once more - this time thanks to Lamine Yamal’s strike after the young Spaniard dribbled past two defenders before playing a smart one-two with Dani Olmo before the teenager beat another man ahead of slotting it past Nordin Jackers.

When Forbs scored his second to make it 3-2 to Club Brugge, they may have thought that this time they would hold onto the lead, but they were wrong as Christos Tzolis scored an own goal to make it 3-3 on 77 minutes.

The point leaves Barca 11th in the 36-team league phase while Brugge are 22nd.
And despite a display of, at times, sublime attacking brilliance from Barca, with Fermin Lopez standing out with two assists, after the game, Henry was critical of the Catalan side’s defence when giving his thoughts on CBS Sports.

"I don't want to talk about my old club like that, but you've got to call a spade a spade," Henry said.
"You can't carry on defending like this."
And the Frenchman has a point as Flick’s side’s defence has conceded 13 goals in 11 La Liga matches this season, as well as letting in seven in four Champions League games.
Compare this to Henry’s other former club, Arsenal, and the Gunners are yet to concede a single goal in Europe’s premier club competition this term.
Henry added: "I can't bypass the fact that you keep on letting people go and run at your goal.

"If you're a team now, if you didn't do your due diligence that Barcelona play a high line and you don't make the late run … Late runs.
“You can go and do it every single time! Why would you put yourself in a situation when you're going to make yourself suffer alone? No disrespect to what Brugge did, but you defend the ball and you defend your goal.
“You don't just defend the ball when there is no pressure on it, and you let people run left and right, and then they have chances left and right every single time. That's not really something that you want to do. You're supposed to erase mistakes, not create them yourself."
Barcelona return to La Liga action away against Celta Vigo on Sunday.
