Hansi Flick has told his staff that he wants to leave Barcelona and Lamine Yamal is 'at the centre' of his frustration, according to stunning reports.
Flick landed the Barca job in May 2024 and led his side to a league and cup double in his debut season in Spain.
He is in his second season at the club and it appears he won't be extending his stay with the Catalan giants.
That's according to ABC Futebol, who claim Flick is 'very tired' and has decided he's had enough given the club's shaky start to the new campaign.
The 60-year-old has been telling his staff since September that he wants to leave, having hinted that his stay at the club wouldn't last beyond three seasons.
Flick has yet to tell Barca chiefs Deco and Joan Laporta, but he has discussed his future with his staff, including his assistants and analysts.
Per the report, he has confessed his frustration over the players' lack of focus and the little support he has received from the board.

The veteran German manager is frustrated at the club allowing the 18-year-old's 'eccentricities', including flying to Milan following his team's El Clasico defeat instead of returning to their base with his teammates.
Not to mention the 'strictly forbidden rule' regarding the golf-cart-style buggies that are located at the club's training ground.
Barca reserves the buggies for staff members who need them for work.
The club doesn't want players to play with the buggies since they could break and are expensive.
According to the report, Yamal drives one whenever he feels like it and out of fear that he might hurt himself, a club employee follows him around in a second one.

All these situations would irritate Flick less if the teenage phenom's performance on the field were at last season's level.
Yamal's misery has been compounded by his ongoing groin injury, with the report claiming it has been attributed to a lack of dedication.
This season, the superstar winger has scored four goals in nine games, having made 55 appearances across all competitions last season.
Barca, meanwhile, are five points adrift of league leaders Real and have won two of their opening three Champions League ties ahead of tonight's game against Club Brugge.
