Joe Hart was left fuming at Igor Tudor after spotting something following Antonin Kinsky's substitution just 17 minutes into their Champions League game against Atletico Madrid.
Tottenham suffered a crushing 5-2 defeat in the first-leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Tuesday.
Atletico raced into a three-goal lead inside just 15 minutes after goals from Marcos Llorente, Antoine Griezmann and Julian Alvarez.
Kinsky started the game at the Metropolitano Stadium but endured a miserable outing after being at fault for two of Atletico's opening three goals.

He was hooked by Tudor, who made the ruthless decision to replace him after just 17 minutes.
Kinsky was consoled by a couple members of Tudor's backroom staff, but the interim manager himself didn't acknowledge the young Czech keeper.
The Croatian not speaking to Kinsky when he came off angered Hart, who slammed the Spurs boss for his reaction.
"Tudor doesn't even acknowledge his goalie. I'm flabbergasted," he said on TNT Sports.

Hart later showed sympathy to Kinsky and said he was 'heartbroken' for the 22-year-old.
"I’ve been trying to make sense of it and my overall feeling is that my heart is absolutely broken for the lad," he said on TNT Sports’ commentary of the match.
"Look, I know it’s a tough sport, it’s the Champions League, it’s such an important game.
"I said it before the game, he [Tudor] had an opportunity to give us the reason why he put him in goal and he didn’t say.
"Was he getting an opportunity tonight? Was he just filling the the gloves for one game? Who knows? And I’m sure that felt like the message given to him [Kinsky] on such a special night."
The ex-Manchester City stopper added: "I’m not making excuses for the lad, he’s had a horrible 17 minutes.
"A slip and that third goal was just everything that he didn’t want to happen.
"I don’t even know what to say, I’ve seen the lot, the same as you [Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist]. I know you’re racking your brains from what you’ve seen in football.
"I’m just heartbroken from the lad, absolutely heartbroken. This Tottenham team is all over the shop at the moment."
