Bayern Munich's goalkeeper was forced to wear a kit supplied by a different club during their Women's Champions League semi-final second leg defeat to Barcelona on Sunday.
Barca secured a 4-2 victory at Camp Nou to win 5-3 on aggregate and reach the Champions League final for the sixth consecutive season.
There was some drama before kick-off, however, as Bayern goalkeeper Ena Mahmutovic was told she could not wear the purple shirt that the club had brought to Spain as it contravened UEFA's regulations.
Claudia Neumann, commentating for German TV station ZDF, told viewers that the shirt colour was apparently too similar to either the one worn by Barcelona goalkeeper Cata Coll, or the match referee.

The exact reason behind UEFA's decision is not clear, given that the referee was wearing a distinctive light blue shirt and Coll was wearing green, though people with certain forms of colour blindness can often mistake purple for blue.
Instead, Mahmutovic was supplied with a neon yellow Adidas training top, which had her name and number printed - in the same font as the Barca players - on the back at very short notice.

She also wore orange shorts and socks supplied by Barcelona, who applied tape to cover their badge.
SPORTbible have contacted UEFA and FC Bayern Women for comment.
Once the game got underway, Barca took the lead through star midfielder Alexia Putellas, before Bayern's Linda Dallmann levelled both the match and the aggregate scoreline.
The Spanish giants took control either side of the second half following goals from Salma Paralluelo and Ewa Pajor, before former Chelsea forward Pernille Harder gave Bayern hope by halving the deficit.
A second goal from Barca captain Putellas, who is out of contract at the end of the season amid speculation that she could move to the Women's Super League, then made it 4-2.
Bayern thought they had got themselves back in the contest on 90 minutes when Harder finished smartly into the bottom corner from 12 yards, but the goal was ruled out after a VAR check.
Barcelona will take on Lyon in the Champions League final, after the French side beat holders Arsenal 3-1 on Saturday to win 4-2 on aggregate.
Gunners star Alessia Russo had levelled the tie on aggregate after first-half goals from Wendie Renard and Kadidiatou Diani, but Jule Brand struck late in the second half for the hosts to send them to the final in Oslo.
