A new record for the 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season has been set ahead of Week 4.

The Premier League returns on Saturday after the international break and millions of players have rushed to bring in the same player.

Jack Grealish appears to be back to his best after a sensational start to the season with Everton.

The England international already has four assists in three league appearances for the Toffees, having seemingly recaptured the form that saw him earn a big-money move to Manchester City.

The 30-year-old star joined Pep Guardiola’s side in 2021 for a record-breaking fee of £100m, the highest sum ever paid for an English player at the time, having previously caught the eye with Aston Villa.

Grealish enjoyed an excellent start to life at the Etihad, winning three Premier League titles and helping the club win the UEFA Champions League for the first time ever.

He also lifted the FIFA Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup during his time in the blue side of Manchester.

However, he struggled for minutes last season, with some fans and pundits suggesting that Guardiola’s possession-based style stopped him from flaunting his phenomenal skill set.

The former Villa favourite only made 32 appearances for City across all competitions last term, producing three goals and five assists as his side relinquished the Premier League title to Liverpool.

To add insult to injury, the forward was an unused substitute in the club’s 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final.

But since completing a season-long loan move to Everton in the summer, he has turned things around.

He set up two goals in his first Premier League home game for The Toffees, a 2-0 triumph over Brighton.

The 30-year-old then followed that up with another sensational display against Wolves, producing two more assists as his side claimed a 3-2 win.

Grealish’s performances on the pitch have also seen him become one of the most impactful players in FPL.

He has registered 22 points in just three matches this season, and in response, he has been drafted into more than a million teams ahead of the start of Game Week 4.

That’s a record for the season so far, but he still has a long way to go to top the all-time record.

Over 1.7 million players drafted Kevin De Bruyne during Gameweek 22 of the 2023/2024 campaign.

Grealish could rival that record if he produces another impressive performance on Saturday, when Everton take on his former club Aston Villa.
