Arsenal made history during their 2-0 win at Burnley on Saturday, and it’s a feat that is unlikely to be repeated again.
First half goals from Viktor Gyokeres and Declan Rice saw Mikel Arteta’s men earn all the spoils at Turf Moor with another clean sheet to boot.
Victory over Burnley means the Gunners have scored more goals (18) and conceded fewer (3) than any other team in England’s top tier this term.
Of those 18 goals, 10 have been via set-pieces with a further two from the penalty spot.

While they have struggled to routinely hit the back of the net from open play, their set-piece expertise has taken them to the top of the table as they look to end their lengthy wait for a Premier League title.
And in the process of their win at Burnley on Saturday, Mikel Arteta’s men wrote their name into the history books.

The Gunners are now the first side in history to score eight goals from corners in the first 10 games of a Premier League campaign.

In addition, each of their first five away goals in the Premier League this season have come from corners as the Gunners maximise the weapons at their disposal.
On the performance at Burnley, head coach Mikel Arteta said: “Very happy. It’s a really tough place to come. They've lost once in 18 months, against Liverpool, with the last kick of the game from a penalty.
“I think we started the game exceptionally well. I think the first half was one of the best that we've played. Scored two goals, generated another two or three big chances and conceded nothing.

“That was a platform because in the second half, we dropped the standards, especially with the ball and with our intentions to take more risks and play forwards.
“But again, defensively we were exceptional, till the point of the free-kick, we were a bit lucky that it hit the post and kept the clean sheet.”
Arsenal are now unbeaten in 12 in all competitions and haven’t lost since a 1-0 defeat to Liverpool in August.
They’ll look to maintain this rampant form when they take on Slavia Prague in the Champions League next week before a trip to Sunderland in the final set of games ahead of the November international break.

The Gunners do face a bumpy return to domestic duties later this month as they face Tottenham, Bayern Munich and Chelsea in quick succession to round off November.
