Eagle-eyed Arsenal supporters think they spotted a subtle hint towards a potential move for Eberechi Eze on Bukayo Saka’s Instagram story.
Arsenal have already been busy in this summer’s transfer window, having signed six players – Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyokeres, Cristhian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga – as Mikel Arteta looks to secure the 2025/26 Premier League title this term.
Last time out, the Gunners lost 1-0 to rivals Spurs in a friendly played in Hong Kong as their preparations for what could be a defining season for Arteta continue with just two weeks to go until the side’s Premier League opener against Manchester United on August 17.
Before then, the north London outfit will face Spanish sides Villarreal and Athletic Club in friendlies at the Emirates.

Of course, Arsenal’s transfer dealings seem far from done despite the additions, with Crystal Palace attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze being heavily linked with a potential move to the Emirates.
As reported by the Standard, Eze’s £68million release clause is due to expire on August 15 and will remain active until that date, which happens to be the night Liverpool take on Bournemouth in the season’s curtain raiser at Anfield.
The report also claims that Eze, 27, is happy at Palace but remains open to a move to Arsenal if the opportunity presents itself.

The Gunners held talks with the player’s representatives earlier this summer, but value him at less than his £68million release clause and would need to negotiate a lower price.
But still, Arsenal supporters are excited at the thought of the 27-year-old England international arriving at the club and even think they spotted a nod towards him from Saka.
On Saturday evening, Saka, 23, posted a photograph – see below – to his Instagram story, which showed himself and several New Balance-branded balls.
But with a closer look, fans spotted a smaller photograph of Eze in the bottom left corner of the snap, causing several to react on social media.

One said: “The signs are showing. Our boy is coming home.”
Another added: “Saka and Eze are proper mates off the pitch. If Eze’s move happens, it promises to be one of the best bromances on the pitch.”
A third claimed: “Eze definitely will be an Arsenal player, it’s just a matter of days.”
