An extraordinary statistic has emerged about Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka after the Gunners were held to a dramatic late draw in their latest Premier League clash against Sunderland.
Mikel Arteta's Gunners sit at the summit of the English top-flight table as they aim to win their first Premier League crown in more than 20 years.
But they had to settle for a point at the Stadium of Light after the Black Cats - one of the surprise packages this season - netted an injury-time equaliser.
The hosts took the lead through former Arsenal youngster Dan Ballard and took their advantage into the break.

But Saka levelled for the Gunners before the hour mark, while team-mate Leandro Trossard looked to have put the league leaders on course for three points with a brilliant finish from outside the box as the final 15 minutes approached.
However, the hosts rallied and netted a dramatic late equaliser through Brian Brobbey as the spoils were ultimately shared.
Arsenal remain top of the Premier League table and now by six points, though that advantage could be reduced after Sunday's round of action as the international break begins.
Sunderland meanwhile remain in the top four as their remarkable start to the top flight campaign continues after winning promotion from the Championship.

After the game, Arsenal boss Arteta told Match of the Day: "Credit to them, it was the type of game that they wanted to throw you in and you have to handle that.
"There are a lot of games like this in the Premier League right now. We conceded a goal in a manner we knew was one of their biggest strengths. They do that really well.
"After that I think we reacted well. We scored the first goal, then the second and the game was dominated. But in any moment, they just need a foul or a long throw, a direct ball to create that chaos.
"You have to defend actions well. We conceded a goal and we're really disappointed because even at the end we had a massive chance with [Riccardo Calafiori] and Mikel [Merino] to win it. But it wasn't meant to be so we have to accept it."
Saka's goal at the Stadium of Light was his sixth of the season in all competitions and his third in the Premier League.
And an extraordinary stat has emerged about this strike following the game. The goal at Sunderland was in fact Saka's first Premier League goal scored outside of London in 19 months.
The last time Saka scored a goal which was not in the capital came back in the 2023/24 Premier League campaign in April 2024, when the England star scored in a 3-0 win against Brighton.
