Arsenal fans think title race with Man City is over after footage of Fulham players in training surfaces

Arsenal fans have lost hope of Fulham doing them a favour against Manchester City on Saturday.

Arsenal fans have lost all hope of Fulham doing them a favour against Manchester City on Saturday after seeing a video of what they were doing on the training pitch.

Arsenal and City remain neck and neck in the title race, with the Gunners leading by just one point after the latest round of fixtures.

City have a game in hand against Arsenal's rivals Spurs which could prove decisive, but before that they travel to west London for a Saturday early kick-off against Fulham.

It's a chance for City to put the pressure on ahead of Arsenal's trip to Manchester United a day later.

Fulham took four points off Arsenal this season, drawing at the Emirates before claiming a 2-1 win at Craven Cottage in December.

Yet Marco Silva's side have been off the boil of late and many believe the squad is "already on the beach".

And a recent video of them flying kites at the training ground hasn't helped changed that view.

Raul Jimenez filmed Willian, Rodrigo Muniz and Andreas Pereira having loads of fun - though the latter clarified that the activity took place after their session.

However, the clip was enough for Arsenal fans to decide that Fulham won't be coming to their aid.

One stated: "Nah we’re finished. It’s over."

Another simply wrote: "It’s over."

A third conceded: "Congratulations City."

A fourth user added: "Never seen a more 'on the beach' thing in my life. We’re f***ed…

A final person opined: "No one will help us stop city, we shall do that ourselves next season."

Arsenal host Everton on the final day of the season, with City facing West Ham at the Etihad Stadium.

If Pep Guardiola's side win all their games then they will lift a record-breaking fourth Premier League title in a row.
